WILL THE MILLERS PLAY AT HOME IN SEPTEMBER, WE EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITYS

I’m With another away draw in the Fa Cup, Carlton could potentially go the whole of September without a home game.

As things stand at the moment, Carlton are away this Saturday to Coleshill Town with the coach leaving the ground at 11.30am and Millers Barn at 12 midday. To join the players and Management team on the coach , the cost is the usual £15 and tickets can be booked by contacting Boatsy on 07907 064189. Our understanding is that in this fixture if the scores are level after 90 minutes plus of course stoppage time , the game will go to penalties.

Saturday 16th September sees the Milers visit Rushall Olympic in the Fa Cup and coach details will follow in due course. The Millers could of course potentially earn a midweek replay in that game.

The Millers currently have no game on Saturday 23rd September, but will face Shepshed or Chasetown if they can beat Coleshill on this Saturday and this game will be at home.

If the Millers lose, they could get a rearranged league game, but that could be home or away.

On Saturday 30th September, Carlton are away to Hebburn Town unless of course they pull off another Fa Cup shock, in which case they will be into the 3rd round Qualifying which again could be home or away.

So there are potential opportunities to get a home game in September, but equally there may well not be, we will keep right across it.
