TWO BIG SATURDAYS ON THE BOUNCE NOW FOR THE MILLERS !
Carlton Town now have two home Saturday games on the bounce as they attempt to climb the table and build on a string of good results.
This coming Saturday, Carlton have a mouthwatering clash against top of the table Emley AFC, certainly one of their toughest games of the season to date.
Emley have 63 points from 29 games with a fabulous goal difference of plus 32 and Carlton are hoping for another decent attendance for the 3pm Saturday afternoon clash.
With TNT installed at the ground in January, Carlton will be showing the big 12.30pm clash on the club’s screens and this week’s offering is Leicester City v Arsenal, which should prove a cracker in the build up to Carlton’s game.
The 5.30pm game on in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar is Crystal Palace v Everton.
A massive thankyou to supporter John Hartstone for sponsoring the Match ball and to JJ Hurley representing our Brillant Irish branch for sponsoring the programme this coming Saturday 15th February.
Mapperley All Stars under 14s are our very special guests on the day and we look forward to welcoming players and parents from the club to Stoke Lane.
There will be another presentation in the bar after the game for a player who has reached a landmark number of appearances for the Millers and a big thankyou to Nottingham Express Carriers who are providing the awards for these presentations and to the anonymous supporter who is providing a gift.
The popular Khyle Sargent was the recipient of the first award after the Grimsby Borough game.
Finally a date for our next foodbank collection, which will fittingly take place on Non League Day on Saturday 22nd March, when Ossett United are the visitors to Stoke Lane.
