OUR FOREST LEGEND IS 80 TODAY AND NEW HONOURS BOARD MOOTED FOR CLUBHOUSE

Popular Nottingham Forest legend and Carlton Town Ambassador Ian Storey-Moore celebrates his 80th Birthday today and will be at the Bill Stokeld Stadium on duty as usual on Saturday as the Millers take on Pontefract Collieries Fc at Stoke Lane.
We are sure many of you will want to wish him a very happy Birthday.
Ian is pictured with loyal supporter Nigel Harlow at a recent game and does not look a day over 70.
Games between these two sides have been close and memorable in recent times and this encounter should prove no different.

In another exciting development at Stoke Lane, Carlton are looking at installing their first ever honours board in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar, which would not only record the club’s success’s over the years, but also the players who have made over 100 appearances for the Millers.
Although the club will not be able to go back to deeply into history, Statto Sam has been on the case for the last few years and the club are planning some presentations between now and the end of the season with an anonymous sponsor coming forward to support this iniative with recognition for players who have passed that landmark.
Watch this space for more details for what many are telling us is a great idea!
