NARROW DEFEAT AGAINST LEAGUE LEADERS FOR ACADEMY TEAM AT STOKE LANE

Carlton’s Academy side finally got back into action at the Bill Stokeld Stadium following a number of postponements in recent weeks, due in particular to the bad weather over the festive season.

Goals from Callum Harris and Lasana Suso were not enough sadly and the Millers went down 3-2 to top of the table Belper Town yellow at Stoke Lane.

The Millers Academy side are away to Belper Town Black next Thursday before meeting Rushall Olympic Amber at Stoke Lane on Thursday 8th February.

A reminder that for supporters wishing to attend, admission is free for the lunchtimes games at Stoke Lane.
