MSR TO SPONSOR BRIDLINGTON GAME AND COACH FOR CLEETHORPES

The clubs main sponsors MSR Newsgroup are sponsoring the Carlton v Bridlington clash this coming Tuesday we can today announce and after Saturdays postponement against Hebburn, Gilbert Wealth have kindly agreed to move their match Sponsorship to the Stockton game on March 9th.

The number of Saturday home games postponed due to a waterlogged pitch this winter is hitting the club in the pocket hard, with few away fans attending midweek games primarily because of the travelling distance and a generally much a much reduced bar, snackbar, gate and raffle take is the consequence.

Carlton are therefore grateful of the match sponsorships and whatever revenue they can generate during this challenging period.

Carlton drop to 9th in the Northern Premier East League after another inactive weekend on the pitch and are desperately hoping for a drop in the rain fall and for Tuesday nights clash with Bridlington to go ahead at Stoke Lane.

The 200 Club draw scheduled for Saturday will now take place on Tuesday night if the game goes ahead, supporters chief Alan Murphy has announced.

Next Saturday 24th February meanwhile, the Millers travel to Cleethorpes and supporters can join the players and coaching staff on the away day coach at just £15 return.
