MORE GREAT NEWS FOR SUPPORTERS FROM THE BILL STOKELD STADIUM
Carlton Town are hoping that tonight’s announcement we are able to bring you will be as popular as last night’s.
The signing of Brad Wells has been received with widespread approval and follows the well received news of new contracts for Nat Watson and Niall Davey.
Tonight the club are delighted to announce that last season’s most improved player Dan Brown pictured receiving his winning Senior Cup Final medal has signed a contract for The Millers for next season.
Dan’s future was up in the air as there was a chance he would be leaving the area, but the club are happy to report that for the immediate future at least, that is not the case.
Dan Brown will be a Miller next season and Joint Manager Mark Harvey is delighted, Mark told us earlier.
“Absolutely delighted that Dan has been able to commit for the new season.
The progress he’s made over last 3 seasons has been unreal and really looking forward to watching him continue he’s progress with us‘“
Chairman Mick Garton was equally delighted.
”Dan has been excellent for us and I was made up to present him with the Presidents award on Roger’s behalf at the Presentation night, it was well deserved indeed and he was a key performer in both the Semi Final and the Finsl of the Nottinghamshire Senior Cip and helping make new history at our club , I know our supporters will be over the moon with this news” concluded the Millers Chairman.
