MKM STEP UP TO THE PLATE FOR ANOTHER YEAR WITH THE MILLERS

Carlton Town Chairman Mick Garton is delighted to announce that he has agreed a further 12 months of Sponsorship with MKM Building Supplies, our neighbours on the Netherfield retail park.

MKM opened last year and immediately struck up a relationship with the Millers and their signage dominates the Carlton Town Car Park which they sponsor.

Branch Director Sam Shipmam spoke to this website after agreeing a 12 month extension with the Millers after their first year involved at Stoke Lane.

“We were proud to support the Millers last season in our first year as their near neighbours and we are delighted to confirm we have agreed to continue that support for the 2024-2025 season, we very much admire the work Carlton do in the local community and that falls in with our own ethos and values and we hope to make our presence felt more at Stoke Lane this season by attending more games and lending our support to another attempted promotion push” Sam told us.

Chairman Mick Garton was obviously delighted to secure the renewal for the club and told us
“Not only have MKM renewed their sponsorship with us, they have put two teams in for our golf day on 20th September, they are a top company with top people at the helm locally and I would like to thank Sam and Liam for their loyalty and support and it was a pleasure to take the brilliant Keith to the cricket last week when I was hosting for MSR Newsgroup at Trent Bridge”
