MILLERS SUFFER FIRST DEFEAT OF THE SEASON AT STOKE LANE.
Carlton Town dropped down a place to 4th after their first defeat of the season to an impressive North Ferriby at Stoke Lane.
In a tight contest throughout, the Millers took a second half lead through Greg Tempest , but the North Ferriby keeper will be disappointed at the goal as he completely misjudged the former Notts County players shot.
Carlton went close to adding a second, but it was North Ferriby who ran out 2-1 winners with two fine well worked goals, Lamin nearly got the Millers an equaliser late on, but the North Ferriby keeper made amends for his earlier mistake with a brilliant save.
A special mention for VIP guest Jared Holmes who spoke brilliantly in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar prior to kick off and a big thankyou to the 172 who attended the game.
