MERTHYR TOWN KICK OFF TIME BROUGHT FORWARD FOR THE MILLERS

The people of Wales may not be supporting England in the Euro’s, but Merthyr Town have been kind enough to bring the kick off time forward on Saturday, so that the Carlton Town players can be showered and changed and seated ready to watch England v Switzerland in the Quarter Finals of the 2024 European Championship’s in Germany at 5pm in the Merthyr clubhouse.

The two clubs are playing for the Jonny Owen trophy, which could go to penalties if the scores are level after 90 minutes, so the 2,30 kick off change is much appreciated by the Millers.

There are still a handful of seats left on the official Carlton Town Coach which leaves the ground on Saturday at 8.30am and Millers Barn at 9am, returning after the England game reaches a conclusion.
