MAGNIFICENT MILESTONE FOR DAN THE MAN AT SHEFFIELD FC .

Massive congratulations are in order for Defender Dan Brown who made his 200th appearance for the club on Tuesday at Sheffield Fc.

Dan was signed from Southwell City in July 2018 at just 18 years old ahead of the 2018/2019 season and has been pretty much a first team regular ever since, helping the club to a Nottinghamshire Senior cup Final Win in 2021/2022 when they beat a young Mansfield Town team at Basford United.

Dan was also instrumental in helping the Millers to the playoff Semi Final last season before losing to Stockton, who also went on to win the final.

He has also picked up deserved recognition at various presentation evenings during his 6 and half years at Stoke Lane that his consistent performances have merited, an impressive individual indeed!

His Dad Malc Brown told us on Tuesday night that the Millers had not had positive results on his 100 and 150th appearances for the club, so the 2-1 win must have felt a bit special for the popular central defender on his 200th appearance.

A massive congratulations from everyone at Stoke lane to Dan, his milestone was mentioned on Carlton Town Tv during the post match interviews that went out on Wednesday.
