JOSH MAKING MASSIVE EFFORT TO GET NEW LOOK PROGRAMME RIGHT FOR SUPPORTERS!
With all the positive things happening at Stoke Lane, there is one thing that may have fallen under the radar a little bit, the new look Matchday Programme.
Feedback from those who have brought it has been positive indeed , but the story needs to be told! Josh Hodgson back at the club and back on the club’s Commitee is making a real effort to produce a programme to be proud of.
The Merthyr Town issue was historic indeed with great sales to both sets of supporters and the Bedworth tribute programme to Brian Dennett perfectly captured the moment for the first game of the season and included special contributions from Daryl Thomas and Chairman Mick Garton along with some lovely pictures of Brian.
The Cambridge City edition was a 70 page special including articles from Barry North, Alan Murphy, Phil Jennings,Dean Gripton, Dan Thorpe and a player profile with Jared Holmes , there were Match reports, some wonderful pictures and excellent and appreciated recognition of Match sponsor Boatsy who is currently working like Josh so hard for the club.
This Saturday’s match day programme promises more of the same and new signing James Matthews is featured in this week’s player profile along with all your usual collumists and a big thankyou also to Collette who is our Matchball sponsor this Saturday representing Gregory House 2.
Priced at just £2, the club now strongly believes they have one of the best programmes in the Northern Premier League family , please support it and buy your copy this Saturday, you will not be disappointed!
The club are hoping for a decent turnout this Saturday given their excellent start to the season and although the Millers are underdogs, Tommy and Mark will be hoping they and the boys can pull of an Fa Cup shock and the fact the club are are also holding a massively important food bank collection, Saturday has a lot going for it !
BE GREAT TO SEE A WONDERFUL TURNOUT AT STOKE LANE !
