GRESLEY TAKE THEIR REVENGE!

Gresley knocked Carlton out of the League Cup with a 2-0 win at Stoke Lane in front of just 56, with goals coming either side of half time for the away side through a Jack Steggles own goal and a Harrison penalty.It was sweet revenge for Gresley who have been beaten twice in the league already by Carlton this season.

Carltons Academy team are 5th in their league from 10 with two wins, one draw and 2 defeats in their first five games but were without a fixture this week.
