FOREST V MAN CITY TREAT AHEAD OF CARLTON V NORTH FERRIBY
The move to have TNT installed has been a popular one at Stoke Lane and on Saturday the bar will be open from 12 midday to show Nottingham Forest v Manchester City which kick offs at 12.30pm
Commercial and Marketing Chief Gary ‘Boatsy’ Clarke is among those who will be watching the game in the Sports Bar at the ground, before the Millers clash with North Ferriby, so it’s two big games in one day at the Bill Stokeld Stadium.
Joint Manager Tommy Brookbanks has tipped us off that there will be two more important presentations for Millers players after the game and is hoping supporters will stop behind after the game to show their support and appreciation.
Carlton are in an excellent run of form at the moment, winning 5 and drawing 3 of their last 8 games, but North Ferriby will provide a tough test indeed, sitting 5th in a play off position on 61 points from 33 games, while Carlton are 9th on 48 points from 31 games.
The weather forecast looks fantastic, with a top temperature predicted in the mid teens during Saturday afternoon at Stoke Lane.
Gary from Proper Football will be in attendance on Saturday and will be doing filming and interviews around the fixture and we look forward to welcoming him back to Stoke Lane.
Good Soul promotions have kindly sponsored the game, but Sponsorship opportunities in terms of the Matchball and Programme are still available for Saturday’s game at just £60 for 3 people, please contact Boatsy on 07907 064189 if you could support us.
