FIREWORK EXTRAVAGANZA NIGHT TO RETURN AT STOKE LANE!

While Club President Roger Smith is finalising the club’s annual Golf Day at Oakmere Park scheduled for Friday 16th July and Martin Ball ( pictured) is chasing people up for the Big Jon Parkin event on Friday 2nd July, Chairman Mick Garton is looking further into the year as Carlton continue to get back on the fund raising trail to meet their commitments going forward.

The club are delighted to announce that the Firework Extravaganza will return this year on Friday 29th October.

The club have already booked in top Nottingham Dj Sanj Beri and are looking at the possibility of combining the event with a Mini Beer Festival with guest beers on the night.

Boatsy and club legend Martin Ball who are both throwing their weight behind fund raising efforts generally, have said they will sponsor a barrel and Supporter and former Monkey Tree owner Pete Smith is also on board, if that is the direction the club goes in for the big October night.

There will be a BBQ, Superdraw, Stalls and fund raising opportunities for any of the Junior section who want to get involved and the club have decided to announce it early to allow people to book it in to their diaries.

The Marquee will be in place for the event, previously one of the most popular in Carlton’s calendar.
