FANTASTIC 19TH GOLF DAY AT OAKMERE PARK.

President Roger Smith, Chairman Mick Gsrton , Club Photographer Lou Lardi and Senoir Commitee man Mark Steggles were all on club duty at Oakmere Park for the clubs 19th Annual Golf Day.

The weather was good , the coffee and Bacon Cobs were as good as ever, and the greens were in good nick as 12 teams took to the Greens.

Forest Legend Nigel Jemson and former Notts County owner Alan Hardy were among the 48 players supporting Carlton Town’s fundraising day.

A fantastic £415 was raised on the raffle with the first prize won by volunteer on the day Peter Gill.

There were prizes this year for the first 4 teams with big friends of the club The Boot Room coming 4th.

3rd Place went to one of the Fineline Market Research teams featuring Jemson and Alan Hardy and another group of 4 from the same company snapped up the second place too.

The winners However were a team sponsored by MSR Newsgrop headed up by Murray Debank with a cracking score of 85.

Massive credit should go to Roger Smith for all his work in organising this superb event once again and to everyone who participated .
