DOG NIGHT STARTS UP A BUSY WEEKEND FOR THE MILLERS!

The Carlton Town weekend started early with supporters and commitee members supporting a fund raising iniative at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium.

Chairman Mick Garton was joined by Supporters Club chief Alan Murphy along with commitee members, Boatsy, Gaz Bee, Lou Lardi, Kelly Marie, Mad Graham, Phil Jennings, Dave Hodgson, Josh Hodgson and Tim Bee who were joined by club legend Ian White and Match Secretary Dave Fletcher. Many dined at the popular Colwick venue and by all accounts had a cracking evening along with supporters.

Attention turned to Stoke Lane on Saturday morning where Bevan and Mad Graham (pictured) continued to work on the new covered stand while the YEL Cup Final day played out on the main pitch.

Sunday Morning sees the Empal Cup Final at Stoke Lane with an 11am kick off and on Sunday Afternoon, it’s time for Ava’s Charity Fun Day  raising money for Forever Stars with a 2pm kick off for a Charity game on the main pitch.

The clubs latest suggestion for 16th June for the presentation event is not suitable for many of the clubs supporters , so a potential Sunday afternoon event is now being considered. Further details to follow.
