CHAIRMAN HOPING FOR GOOD TURNOUT FOR FINAL 2019 DJ SET .

Carlton Town Chairman Mick Garton is looking forward to his final appearance as a Dj at the Dragon in 2019 , when he takes to the decks on Sunday 24th November, ironically on his mums birthday who sadly passed away nearly two years ago.

This event will be more about main sponsors Msr Newsgroup who have once again made significant financial  contributions to the club to help enable us has a club, to compete at the level at which we are at.

Msr will have a few Christmas specials for sale on the day, particularly in their outstanding Chocolate range and they are on the verge of securing a major book signing ahead of the event.

Carlton supporter Alan Roome will take to the decks for the first time and will be hosting a free music quiz with hits from the sixties, seventee’s and eighties.

The Chairman will have a number of Christmas Specials to unveil along with his usual brand of 80s classics and the afternoon runs from 2.30pm till 6.30pm with Gary Hitchcock finishing off proceedings.

” The support and backing I receive from my senior management in supporting Carlton Town is vital for the club and I hope Millers supporters and one or two from the management and playing side and Commitee can come along and show their support, it’s not going to be a big sell, but we will have some super offers and some fantastic music and it will be the official start to Christmas”

“Alan is brilliant with his quizzes and we all know what a good Dj Gary is, so hopefully it will finish us off nicely for the year, we will be selling Carlton Town Christmas tickets at the event and of course we are not going to turn down crucial club donations, but more than anything else, we want to kick Christmas off in style and thank Msr Newsgroup and their staff for their support” concluded the Millers Chairman.
