CARLTON TOWN IN THE COMMUNITY, A ROLE TO BE PROUD OF ON CHRISTMAS DAY

On Boxing Day, all attention will turn to the football as Carlton visit Sherwood Colliery for a big local Derby in the Northern Premier East League.

Today though on Christmas Day we share a message from Dr Marcellus Baz BEM who was interviewed last Saturday by Chairman Mick Garton in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar prior to the Bridlington clash.

Carlton with the help of Goodsoul promotions and MSR Newsgroup had arranged for Santa to call in and give out presents to under privileged local Children and some of the Carlton Town Juniors.
There was no more appropriate man to call in for this special initiative and team up with Santa than Marcellus, a man who does so much good in the local community and he spoke brilliantly.

We can bring that for you now below and also a special mention for Alan Murphy and our Supporters club who teamed up with the club, both making donations to boost the food bank at Ashington the week before (see picture).
