CARLTON STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHEN THE SEASON ENDS
Carlton Town will once again be at the forefront of helping the local community when their season ends in the coming weeks.
Carlton held their final Foodbank of the season last Saturday when Ashington were the visitors to Stoke Lane and will continue to support the local Foodbank next season, this website can exclusively reveal today.
In the coming days we will tell you about the causes we are supporting, the first being something close to the hearts of many Millers.
The Millers are hosting Charity matches in May and the first will be on Sunday 5th May when four teams will play for the Trophy For Peace in support of the Ukraine community, who are still suffering horrendously at the hands of Russia, who just in the last week destroyed a major power station in the country which was providing electricity to the local communities and day by day, homes, businesses and families are being obliterated as misiles rain day on them.
Carlton Town have a long standing relationship with the Ukrainian community and are committed to do what they can to help to raise money, which can be sent back, sometimes in terms of aid to support those communities suffering.
In terms of the event which our very own Tim and Gaz Bee are helping with, well the main details are below.
