BUILD UP BEGINS TO FIRST TWO GAMES OF THE SEASON !

The friendly games are over, the talking and planning can stop, we are about to embark on the real thing as Carlton face two fascinating contests to start their 2024-2025 season.

Bridlington Town AFC will be looking to start their league season with a bang after a narrow defeat in the Fa Cup lat week as they went down 3-2 to Birtley Town, so Carlton will need to hit the ground running in front of what we understand will be a decent away following in their first game of the season this coming Saturday 10th August.
Supporters will be hoping that the return of the popular and talented Nat Watson will help the Millers have a good season, his return on loan towards the end of last season was certainly a positive.
We are told only a handful of seats remain on the official Club Coach at only £15 return and can be booked via Boatsy on 07907 064189.
The coach leaves the ground at 10am and Millers Barn at 10.30am.

Next Tuesday will see the Millers play their first home game against long term rivals Sheffield Fc.

Admission to the game will be £10 Adults, £8 Concessions and £2 Under 16s.

Further excitement is building ahead of Carlton Town TV’s new series which was launched last week with 3 quick fire interviews with Tommy and Mark, Club Captain Niall Davie and Supporters Chief Alan Murphy kicking things off last Thursday.
This Thursday’s will go out at 5pm “Quick fire 5 at 5” has a nice ring to it Ben Marsh who is running the broadcast for us told us earlier and supporters and players have both praised the new feature.
Ben has also told us that the guest will not be revealed ahead of it going out, it will be very much a case of watch this space.
