ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT SIGNING FOR THE MILLERS AS FORMER NOTTS COUNTY YOUNGSTER COMES ON BOARD!

Carlton Town Joint Manager Tommy Brookbanks is delighted to announce that the club have completed the signing of former Notts county player Greg Tempest.

The former Magpie pictured with Mark Harvey and Clerky also represented Northern Ireland at under 21 level and has also played for both Lincoln City and Boston United. More recently, Greg has played for Belper Town.

Tommy told us “Greg is a fantastic fit for us as we reshape the squad ahead of the new season, Clerky has played a big part in this transfer and was instrumental in getting it over the line, Greg brings us quality, experience and I believe he will provide a great influence for the younger members of our squad on and off the pitch and I am delighted to welcome him to Stoke Lane”

“Myself, Mark and Clerky are working round the clock at the moment to ensure we have a competitive squad ahead of the new campaign and we will hopefully have more good news in the coming days” concluded Tommy.
