A BIG THANKYOU TO LORD COAKER AND CARLTON TOWN TV MEETS THE MILLERS UNDER 16S

While Carlton Town await news of what the future holds regarding a Relgation playoff game or not as the case may be, it is nice to reflect on some of the many positives that came out of a cracking afternoon at Stoke Lane.

Double Nottingham Forest European Cup Winner Larry Lloyd made what is believed to be his first appearance ever at The Bill Stokeld Stadium and is pictured with the management team after the game in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar.

The appearance of Lord Coaker was certainly a positive and always is to be fair, Vernon has always been generous towards the football club and the players were certainly grateful on Saturday when he put £120 behind the bar for them.

Another big positive was the appearance of the under 16s who were guests in the Brian Dennett suite at half time , they helped with the Foodbank collection when they need loading up and watched and supported the first team, met VIP guest George Lyall and had photographs with Tommy Brookbanks and Chairman Mick Garton and their management team and captain spoke to Carlton Town Tv about their excellent season.
