DUNKIRK AWAY AND BONUS BALL UPDATE!

Promotion Confirmed

TOUGH SEMI FINAL TRIP FOR MILLERS!

Carlton Town have been handed a tough away trip to Dunkirk in the Semi Final of the Notts Senior Cup while run away Evostick Division One South leaders Basford United take on Teversal at Greenwich Avenue.

Dunkirk have a decent record against Carlton over the years and Wayne Scotts boys should be left in no doubt they are in for a tough game if they are to get into another final.

Les Mcjannet was Carltons manager when Carlton last visited Dunkirk and he was sent from the dugout in a narrow Fa Cup win some 7 years ago.

Carlton are asking all bonus ball players who pay at the ground if they could bring payments up to date this coming Saturday when Spalding are the visitors.

Chairman Mick Garton who has just sadly lost his mother Joan will bring the Bonus Ball book on Saturday and pays tribute to his mum in this Saturdays Matchday Programme for her financial support for the club in times gone past.

Garton himself is on 4 numbers along with son Josh and Msr employee Steve O Connor and with the prize pot now close on £600, there are also plenty of people on 3 numbers, it will be a decent prize to win for someone at the club in the coming weeks.

Saturdays game v Spalding meanwhile will give Carlton the chance to make it 3 wins on the bounce after fine away wins at Radford and Market Drayton last week.
