HUCKNALL TRIP NEXT UP FOR MILLERS!

Promotion Confirmed

MILLERS COACHES STILL LOOKING AT OPTIONS FOR NEW SEASON!

Carlton Town will use the forthcoming friendlies to assess the squad ahead of the new season, improve fitness levels and decide on any new signings still needed to ensure the squad as the level of quality required for their new Northern Premier Division One South campaign.

Alex Troke, Josh Rae, Anton Wedderbourne and seemingly William Mellors Blair have moved on, Niall Davie is currently injured and will not be ready for the start of the season, while Robbie McNicholas has joined from Basford United, Darol Lucas from Ossett Town and Jordan Wilson from Kettering.

Carlton visit Hucknall Town this week (Wednesday) for the first time since their Senior Cup Final triumph there in 2014 when they thrashed Rainworth 6-2 under then manager Les McJannet and admission is just £2 adults and £1 oaps with kids admitted free.

Carltons next game after that is next Tuesday 25th July when Mansfield Town bring a side to Stoke Lane.
