DEFIBRILLATOR ARRIVES AT STOKE LANE!

Promotion Confirmed

NOW FOR THE TRAINING / NEWS UPDATE.

Carlton Towns Lou Lardi has now taken delivery of the Defibrillator, after a successful fund raising effort prior to Christmas saw fantastic donations of £200 each from Brian Dennett and Greg Last and £100 each from Chairman Mick Garton and former Academy and Reserve manager Ian Spencer.

That raised the bulk of the required money and other donations have topped up the kitty and the club dispatched a cheque for £822.52 to the East Midlands Ambulance Service this week.

Next up of course is the training of how to use the equipment to benefit both users of the main pitch and Five a side courts if an emergency occurs while the complex is open.

Lou Lardi is the process of sorting that out and hopefully a new and vital piece of equipment will be in use at the Bill Stokeld Stadium shortly.

Carlton can confirm that most prizes have now been claimed for the 2016 Xmas draw with the latest one from a ticket sold by Carlton Towns under 9s to Erica Cresswell of Woodthorpe who received a pleasant phone call from Chairman Mick Garton this week.

The club would also like to thank supporters Steve and Leslie Matthews who have come forward and offered to Sponsor the fixture v Spalding on Tuesday 7th February.
